XtraRewards — Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to XtraRewards. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use XtraRewards. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Accounts & Prohibited Conduct

To access rewards, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information. To maintain the integrity of our rewards system, the following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate permanent ban:

VPN/Proxy Usage: Using VPNs, proxies, or any tool to mask your IP location.
Emulators: Using the App on PC emulators (BlueStacks, Nox, etc.) or rooted devices.
Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person or per device.
Fake Referrals: Creating fake accounts to earn referral bonuses.
Scripting/Bots: Using automated software to complete offers or clicks.

4. Earning Points & Rewards

Virtual Currency: "Points" earned in the App are a virtual currency with no cash value outside of the App.
Offer Completion: Points are awarded only when our third-party partners (Offerwalls) confirm the successful completion of a task. We are not responsible for missing points if the partner does not verify the transaction.
Payouts: Reward requests (Gift Cards, Game Currency) are typically processed within 24-48 hours, but may take up to 7 business days during peak times.
Availability: Reward stock and types may vary by region and are subject to availability.

5. Intellectual Property & Disclaimers

XtraRewards is an independent rewards platform. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with:

Roblox Corporation (Robux)
Garena International (Free Fire)
Tencent Games (PUBG Mobile)
Google LLC (Google Play)

All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners. Use of these names, logos, and brands does not imply endorsement.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties (e.g., ad fraud).

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after we post any modifications to the Terms on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide by and be bound by the modified Terms.
